I am attempting to describe the minimum needed to write a Rug language extension that uses parser-combinators.

This is because I need to do this for Elm (again). Before I can do that I need to add hooks for pre/post processing of files, so I can do clever tricks to deal with the significant whitespace. This test provides a starting point for that.

oh, and I updated the add-a-test local editor while I was here. It needed it.
