Entering custom regex pattern for repos is ignored #134

To reproduce:

Run a transform or inspection when not in a mapped directory
Choose "custom regex" for repos

All repos will be targeted. What is posted to the SDM seems correct, so this is most likely a LocalRepoTargets (sdm-local) issue or a TargetsParams issue from automation-client.

We should probably remove the "custom regex" choice for now
