Duplicate parameter request on 'create extension pack' #213

$ atomist create extension pack
? name of the target repository sdm-pack-graph
? Repo name. Must begin 'sdm-pack'

Here, it didn't ask me for the owner, but I was in an ATOMIST_ROOT context so that's good.

It asked me for that repo name twice though. The second was ignored afaict.
