Since Artifact stuff is deprecated I just removed it
I have added AppInfo back as a cludge, easier than refactoring
Changed deprecated to a tslint warning so we can include them in this package
signature of createBuildTag changed to add a GoalInvocation for easy use of createGitTag
added a throw Error here and there (e.g. linkArtifact) to get people off deprecated things
Trying to remember if you guys have a CLA and if so whether I've signed it. In any case, I'm cool publishing under Apache-2.
Maintainers should be able to edit - feel free to do whatever if you think something needs doing.
