Add support for Docker build file #11

Initial support for Dockerfile.

I need some help from maintainers: I would like to be able to update the version of a parent image in a Dockerfile, but it doesn't work (see the unit test).

Superseded by #31, which uses a Node module and integrates with path expressions.
