Describing use cases for small companies and large companies, how to achieve process adoption:

  1. In smaller companies, they are more adaptable so it's easier to put forward new systems

  2. In larger companies, it can be harder due to bureaucracy and silos, office politics, decisions made from above that are difficult to change, but nonetheless putting forward the possibility of how to start making changes with "small" steps, e.g. move one project/team onto the optimized process, and then when management sees the results, it would organically spread (or at least there would be an argument to spread it), of course resistance is faced but nonetheless it can be done if done incrementally and getting buy-in from relevant stakeholders

This is important to address on the website so that it's more concrete how this could be implemented within a company.

Also scalability, that once it's implemented in one, that it could spread, so that whole company works in a standardized way, without silos (and each senior leading a team "their" way which results in global inefficiencies) and easier to add new members, switch between projects... i.e. it removes the key-man risk for companies, less dependence on talent / key people, instead the strength goes to the company.
