Current and total account fame added #29

Current = fame you can spend Total = sum of whole fame ever earned

Looks nice, but it seems a bit weird - why would the fame appear to the left of the star? (or even on the left side of each mule in the first place? It appears on the right side of the screen ingame)

Also, for one-column mules, particularly when one-click login is enabled, having all three icons visible clips the character's name because they take up too much width.

@atomizer I feel this PR can be closed; it's out-of-date, and (imo) doesn't add very useful functionality.
