some depricated launch params in noetic fixed #4

Hi, thanks for your repo! It gave errors on my Noetic first but after I did these changes, it works just fine.

state_publisher was a deprecated alias for the node named robot_state_publisher. Also xacro.py is deprecated; xacro should be used instead.
