Email read receipts #21

Wen suggested there was a method to gather whether an email was opened by using a hidden iframe with the email body. This could be experimented with but we suspect that a lot of email clients would block this due to the potential security issue.

It's on hold for now.

Confirmed that iframe is not a goer as many email clients say no. 1 x 1 pixel gif is about the best we can do though email client prefs may be set to block images too.
