progress bar for the sending of emails #28

Having just sent over 900 emails to students the first pilot course today, we found it confusing that there is no progress bar indicating that the emails are being sent. There is a "emails successfully sent" notification box afterwards but an indication that the process is underway will prevent users from potentially hitting the "send email" button more than once.

In SRESv1 upon each send we show the email address of the recipient as well as the send status (e.g. success, failed and reason).
