Read email addresses from Mutt config #7

The verification script should support grabbing the valid user addresses from a proper Mutt config, rather than manually adding them to the EMAILADDR variable.

Thoughts on a ~/.pennyredrc or ~/.config/penny-red/conifg (or appropriate)? Not a fan. Instead, it should be able to parse all user email addresses from the various configs, using the Mutt documentation for where they would be found.
