Newly introduced geometry bug seen in malmö dataset #18

Found a bug, duplicate nodes and road segments and gaps occuring in Malmö data set (for example on Henrik Melanders väg), which didn't occur a number of versions ago. Not sure when this was introduced.

Working to fix...

Fix for the malmö problem made, but seems like there are some other issues left in Stockholm data set, keeping this open for now
