track & asphalt? #36

Hi.

I am working on Ekerö and I came across a odd combination which is highway=track and surface=asphalt that the script produces. It happened around this area: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3191802424#map=16/59.4215/17.6574

I wonder if that makes sense and if there should be a case in the nvdb script to switch the highway type away from track in case the way is paved...?

Yes I've noted this too in Luleå. Done, now these get upgraded to service.
