Good morning,
I couldn't find this option, but i was wondering if it is possible to calculate TANOVAS within the toolbox or if you suggest a different way of calculating if microstates between groups, that have the same amount but separately calculated microstates, are the same (comparing what visually looked like microstate A with microstate A from a different group for example).
I read in several papers related to microstates that this is a way to make sure that microstates between different groups are indeed the same. I was wondering if this is something I missed in the toolbox or if I should look for this somewhere else?
