I added in the continuous allocation parameter, but coexistence is still really weak unless the growing season (e.g., the number times simulated by the ODE) is really small, like 2. Otherwise the slow growing species always accumulates way more biomass and seed bank because it can grow just a little bit longer than the fast-growing species. So, I think we need to have resource pulses within seasons (events in the ODE) and do the seed germination events between seasons. Seed banks will still only build up during the growing season, so we can still just track end-of-season seed abundance/biomass.
