Bump Kratos to v1.1.0 and some fixes and enhancements

• updated to kratos v1.1.0
• added kratos-admin-ui
• renamed index.html to index.gohtml for better reflection of what it's and make possible to use gotemplater with Jetberains IDE
• updated schema, added additionally required username and tos fields
• fixed issue with update password and profile - it should be two different forms.

Hello @atreya2011 can you please help with person.schema.yaml and generating a person.schema.json unfortunately I didn't get a point of it. I hope you are well and will find a time for this.

And I guess I missed that main branch not main, but hydra-consent - but maybe it's can be used any way. For me right now hydra is not relevant.

I recently changed the default branch because the majority of the people were interested in the Kratos-Hydra integration…

I created the YAML file for defining the schema because, personally, I felt it was easier to read the YAML than a very big JSON file.
