Client does not handle temporary loss of conenctivity smoothly

Tested on 0.0.4, both web and linux

If a device goes offline and then comes back online without restarting the app, messages do not auto-sync once connection is restored

Known, the WS needs some sort of resuming mechanism, it breaks kind of bad, especially if you're in a call.

Will definitely be top priority for being fixed- few reminders for myself:

• Show warning ("Network is bad, etc.") at top if WS isn't connecting
• If WS drops, do a refresh (/user, /channels, /friends, etc)
• Better protocol for telling the client to refresh (logout, etc) from WS server
