Adds:
Push notifications (#23)
Notification settings (mute sounds from notifications and enable/disable notifications)
Known bugs/issues:
Settings toggles do not refresh apon clicking (change is saved, just not shown until the page is reloaded)
Messages all get sent as notification on startup (waiting for a marked-as-read feature to be added to simplify this)
Notifies on your own messages
Notifies while opening another channel
