Identify and debug the problem in in vertexing of large PU samples.

One probable cause could be the cutoff temperature for splitting phase.

Another could be the effect of vertex weights

Could be problem with the handling of error in track z in the implementation.. need to update the dummy dataset maker to include track Z error as well
