Setting "show cursor" to off doesn't actually remove the cursor #224

Hello, I recently tried Doom 64 EX Plus after using the standard Doom 64 EX for years well before the bethesda remake. Anyway, after trying the port I realized that when setting "show cursor" to "off" in the setup settings menu the arrow mouse cursor isn't actually removed from the main menu juat the Doom 64 graphical arrow mouse cursor is replaced with the standard windows one. This was not the behavior of the original Doom 64 EX port which removed the mouse arrow cursor from the main menu completely.

I tried both in fullscreen and windowed mode. The behavior is the same.

This issue is fixed in the upcoming SDL3 version.

Yeah I silently fixed this one :)
