Update copy for the subscribe button (after launch of app) #2

Two parts to correcting this issue:

  1. remove the top text field and "Let me Know" button.
  2. change the copy on the bottom text field and button to the following:

Want us to keep you posted on MediaBox updates? Be the first to learn of what's coming and insider info. [Your email address] [Subscribe]
