To my understanding, the smart app banner is only visible in mobile safari. It's incredibly easy to implement. I have added the meta tag to the site on the issues branch. We need to add to the meta tag 1. our unique identifier (easy) 2. info relating to the affiliate program (optional, not sure if we are) 3. the ability to share data with the app, from the website (optional, requires slight code changes to the app).
*I believe our app's unique identifier will become available once it is in the app store?
Thanks for doing the research, Kyle. Don't worry about the affiliate program or the ability to share data with the app (though I'm happy to know those options exist).
Here is the app ID: 741522108

added our unique identifier. I believe this is all we need to do, but to test it I would need to try it on my phone. And this branch isn't live yet. Any suggestions?
I'll try the app on my iPhone Simulator... see if that works :)
