4 pretty site #24

@bingles or @cyaneyedesigner I'd appreciate if you have a chance to look at this. The site was originally generated from jekyll, and was styled with mostly jekyll defaults until this PR. I tried to copy much of the style from what you've done on the new atsid.com, but also still give it it's own identity (hence the darker tones and reddish branding color lifted from the logo). Anyway, I suck at design and modern css, so any comments would be appreciated.

Very soon I'm planning to introduce the site engineering-wide so everyone knows it is available.

Oh, and you can see it deployed at: http://labs.atsid.com/engineering/

It's not actually supposed to deploy branch changes until they're merged to master, but since there's a bug in the build, I guess you can take a look at the running site without having to clone and run locally .

Hey Nathan,

Apologies for the late reply, I'll take a look and see if we can bring it up to speed from a design perspective. When do you plan on introducing it? I could try to spend some time on it this week, now that there is a lull in the ATS corporate website stuff.

Thanks Brian! I don't have a firm timeline to introduce it yet - I'd like to put together a brown bag so I can go through some of the background and intent with the engineering teams, which would most likely be in October.
