(#51) - Add row creation logic #52

I used a Liquid variable to track the rendered guide index and modulo so Bootstrap rows could be put in for every three columns.

Tested with 3 up to 7 columns to make sure all increments work and continue to create rows properly. screen shot 2015-12-07 at 2 25 35 pm

@bingles I wasn't sure if there is a better way to fix this with pure CSS, but I thought it made sense anyway to put in the rows so it is a consistent grid.
