Jekyll has been updated to the 3.x version on GitHub Pages, but our site expects 2.x. Preliminary testing shows that we don't have any breaking compatibility issues, but upgrading our Vagrant config to use the newer version of Jekyll presents issues. Namely, empty HTTP response with forwarding on localhost:4000.
