Add warning and confirmation if user tries to drop their own permission below 'admin' #110

If the logged in user drops their own permission for a repo below 'admin', the permission editing links/buttons will not appear on reload. Therefore they should be warned that they will be unable to edit permissions on that repo at all through permissive if they change their own permission.
