ensure cron job to delete expired keys is triggered at given intervals of time
- How I did it
updated the AtClientPreference docs to indicate that the expiryCheckTimeInterval input should only be in minutes and should only be in the interval of [1-59] minutes
pass the expiryCheckTimeInterval to hivePersistenceManager.scheduleKeyExpireTask directly in minutes, instead of trying to parse Duration() into Schedule() type object

When the an AtClient instance is created, the scheduleExpiredKeys() runs in intervals of 10mins by default.
