Make social links interactive #147

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The app allows you to add links to your social channels such as twitter, facebook, linkedin, tiktok, snapchat etc. Currently, the links appear in the app as text that you would have to copy and paste into a browser or an app to view. On wavi.ng they appear as clickable icons, see https://wavi.ng/@barbara who has her twitter, linkedin and instagram linked to her page. https://wavi.ng/@barbara Screenshot 2022-03-04 at 11 05 11 AM

Describe the solution you'd like A simple solution to this would be to make it so the links are clickable URLs.

A more suitable solution would be that when someone clicks on one of links, it opens the relevant app and displays the profile and if you don't have the app on your device, it opens the link in a browser.
