UI Redesign - Mobile - Home and Send Screens #199

Description The task is to implement the new design for the screens displayed when on the Home tab in the mobile app. These screens include:

The welcome screen that shows your atSign
The file selection feature on the home screen
The "send to" screen that appears when selecting who to send files to
The confirmation screen that files have successfully been sent
The error screen displayed when files are not sent successfully

Assets and Design Screens All assets and design screens have already been created.
