Community Page CSS Rework #417

What the issue is The CSS for the Community Page needs a bit of work. Upon navigating to the https://atsign.dev/community/ link, we see that the space between the Github and Discord cards are a bit close to the top banner.

Solution to the issue We will need to work with either:

The Shortcode that exists behind the individual cards to move them down a tad
Create a ghost div to make up for the small space we will need

Hi, I am Nikunj Rohit, a contributor to OpenForce 2022. If this issue is still open I would like to work on this issue and try better to enhance it more. I would be making a PR as soon as I am done with resolving the issue. Thank you @TylerTrott
