Broken hyperlinks in the Getting Started page #201

Describe the bug

Broken hyperlinks in the following page: https://docs.atsign.com/start/

There are two issues above:

The hyperlinks within the red-box does not do anything.
The hyperlink within the blue box takes you to SDK Reference page instead of the Java page.

Side Note: It'd be handy if each page had a hyperlink to file an issue directly (e.g. opens an issue with a pre-filled template with all necessary information).
