Describe the bug

[x] Relay field should be allowed to be empty on the profile form
[x] Remote port validation should allow numbers between 1 -65535
[x] Profile name should allow any non-empty string
[x] Settings default relay defaults to @rv_am if left empty by the user.

Steps to reproduce

First I '...'
Then I '...'
And then '...'

Expected behavior

No validation error shown when relay atsign is left empty and remote port number is less than 1024
