super high CPU usage #3

Basically Vital is a huge CPU hog even on desktop: https://forum.vital.audio/t/very-high-cpu-usage/1075/39

I observed some remedies but it's not quite sufficient. Some fundamental changes are needed:

default oversampling rate is 2x on Android (I haven't touched anything). It can be 1x.
reduce OpenGL workload e.g. juce::OpenGLContext::getCurrentContext()->setSwapInterval(10)

These issues are worse on emulators on development PC environment (especially on Intel Graphics) than the actual Android devices with arm64 and GPUs. Still problematic but it may be usable to some extent.
