I observed some remedies but it's not quite sufficient. Some fundamental changes are needed:
juce::OpenGLContext::getCurrentContext()->setSwapInterval(10)
These issues are worse on emulators on development PC environment (especially on Intel Graphics) than the actual Android devices with arm64 and GPUs. Still problematic but it may be usable to some extent.
