Any plans to ios auv3 version?

No - for iOS product you should ask the original Vital team. I'm pretty sure that Vital V1 codebase is not quite ready for mobiles anyway.

The entire purpose of these aap-juce-xxx projects is to achieve audio plugin ecosystem for Android.
