Presets implementation #19

AAP core now supports presets, and we should support it in LV2. Since there is no other plugins than mda-lv2 that support presets (I don't even have a working JUCE plugins), it will most likely become a reference implementation.

As of 8b12ba7 presets should be working as much as aap core works.
