Markers should be imported onto marker track at the right locations #14

Currently we don't import them, but it should be doable.

Instead of closing the issue and creating another issue for incorrect marker import locations, changing the subject on this issue.

Number conversion from ticks to beats is not working as expected in general. That also affects the total length output of MIDI clips.
