enhancement: "check" command #7

Current version of this extension does not automatically run prh-based check. It is done only when the current document is saved or VSCode shows preview which automatically runs the check. There should be a command that runs the checker as a standalone command.

prh is now dropped from this extension in favour of the standalone prh extension.
