Bug fixes and TLS support

Changes

• Fix Vue warnings and UI bugs.
• Allow frontend to be built with development mode (Able to use VueDevTools for debugging).
• Fix error logging to properly display information by removing ANSI color code in the log output.
• Removal of sensitive information printed in log output.
• Add non-US regions for initial DB data population script
• Cleanup Terraform script by removing redundant field
• Use template file instead of literal string values for external scripts (prometheus.yml, locust_prometeheus.py)
• TLS/HTTPS support with proxy server (using self-signed certificate)
