Kube custom #27

Sorry for the long list of commits here. Looking to offer the ability for a kube-custom Ansible role to allow the changing of images for the kubernetes manifests. This was addressed with a patch-kube task previously, but we wanted to ensure we could use custom images for any of the kubernetes manifests at the end of the day. Will update the docs in a separate PR, currently underway
