Make asset-loader self-deleting #25

This makes the asset-loader pod behave just as the armada-loader pod.

While I'm not 100% sure about this pattern being what we want in the end, I do think that it's best to not repeatedly apply these resources in case an operator wants to scale or modify them before genesis is deleted.
