wdcplot save values #9

It would be nice to be able to save the wdcplot values when desired - so that insight could be retrieved. Right now we can only do a screen capture

There are two things you might want to retrieve:

  1. The filter ranges / values (to be able to return to a filter like in Carlos and Kenny's MLB Hall of Fame Voting Trajectories visualization)
  2. The actual row values.

We should support both.
