merge with rcloud.web #16

This library duplicates some functionality from rcloud.web, namely rcloud.ui.append and maybe others.

I think this was an accident of the way it was developed.

It should be possible to use the existing functions, and add to them where needed.

Then the rest of the functionality can be merged into rcloud.web, since this is such closely related functionality.

We decided against this since they serve different purposes (and this package is a lot bigger). However, the customizations this package made to rcloud.web should be fully merged in now.
