I guess I shouldn't be surprised that rcloud.run.cell and friends could be implemented in an add-on library, since everything is wide-open in RCloud.

However, as we discussed, these really belong in rcloud.support not here.

Opening the issue as an item for cleanup before this is released.

I don't understand why all these issues didn't close automatically. See commit above.
