Designer duplicate page has twice the controls #259

A duplicated page appears to be fine, but when the design is saved and loaded, the controls on the duplicated page are duplicated!

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Create page and add a control(s); in this example, a single image. 2 - Note that the page looks ok 3 - Save the design 4 - Reload 5 - Note that the duplicated page has 2 images.

For some reason, I wasn't later able to reproduce this, but did detect that page IDs and control IDs were not being changed, as 'advertised' in the code that I wrote. Modded the code, submitted a PR #260.
