doesn't work with recent shiny #37

Shiny has made some changes in shinyApp and runApp which make our overrides incompatible. Version 1.5.0 works and 1.7.1 does not.

Not too surprising. Those overrides are a bad hack; Shiny would need to be refactored in order for us not to need them. (More precisely, Mats did the refactoring but we would need to get RStudio to accept the changes.)

I attempted a fresh install with R 4.2 on macOS in order to test this, but I ran into a lot of unrelated errors which I've forgotten how to fix. Will have to try again on Linux sometime.
