Replace fake rcloud.support with mocking functions #19

It'll need to go around nearly all the tests :-/

The problem is that rcloud.support functions are used at many different levels. I've mocked around it in some tests but unless we can bulk mock everything that's in mangothecat/rcloud.support that will persist for all of the tests then this is tricky.

This is on hold because we'd like to use a much broader solution whereby we use a script-mode RCloud installation to test.
