remove Pull and Replace from menu #2628

Merge does everything that Pull and Replace did... but do we need to direct people to it somehow?

To be safe, I think I'll put a dialog and redirect for this version, and remove it in the next version.

Additionally I think "Merge from Notebook" could be "Diff and Merge" since it is obvious that you'll have to choose something to diff or merge from, but it may not be obvious that you can diff without merging.
