When going through the Import External Notebooks modal, it is possible for the user to press the "import" button even if they haven't inserted any information into the form boxes. They are then redirected back to the main interface and no error message is generated.
Seemingly an error message is only generated if the import fails and there has been a notebook name inserted. Trying to import just a link also doesn't generate any sort of error message and it is unclear whether the process has failed or is in the process of loading.
