should the author also be grayed if recent notebook is hidden? #2748

To my eyes this just looks bad:

True, the author is not hidden, but the whole entry indicates the identity of the notebook.

Counterpoint: maybe it would look disabled if the whole thing is gray? But we use gray consistently for hidden notebooks.
