Hi,

Many thanks for this module.

I have added some features to support outgoing rules and default blocking outgoing traffic.

I am new to puppet module development, I didn't wrote unit tests nor launch your test campaign.

Mickael, thanks for the pull request, outbound rules have indeed been missing i believe. As you mentioned, the tests are currently failing, if you could fix those it would be greatly appreciated.

I ll be offline for a while but will pick the work up in november.
